The ITC project on ‘Promoting the access of small and medium-sized enterprises of the fruit and vegetable sector to external markets and their inclusion in the value added chain’ is inviting Ukrainian producers and processors of fruit and vegetable products to take part in the Riga Food 2019 international exhibition, which will be held in the Latvian capital from September 4 to 7.
The trade mission is being organised bythe `International Trade Centre (ITC) as part of the ‘Eastern Partnership: Ready to Trade’ project funded by the European Union under its EU4Business initiative.
The mission will include a common national stand at the exhibition, where participants will be able to present samples of their products, marketing materials and provide B2B meetings with potential partners.
Riga Food is the largest food exhibition in the Baltic countries. Every year, Riga Food marks the development of the industry as a whole, highlights new products and gives participants the opportunity to meet serious and reliable industry enterprises.
The Eastern Partnership: Ready to Trade project helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to access new markets with a focus on the EU, helping SMEs identify and comply with quality and standards to meet international requirements, linking them with buyers along the value chain, and providing cluster support.
